Senior Legal Officer/Solicitor - Property (CDC)
The City of Doncaster Council is a confident, ambitious organisation which puts improving the City and the life of its residents at the centre of everything we do. You have an opportunity to be part of this in the role of a Senior Legal Officer focussing on Property work.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEX to our team and if successful, you will work within the Contracts, Property and Transformation team with experienced, bright and friendly lawyers.
The successful candidate is required to provide quality legal support to the Council with a varied and interesting caseload focusing on acquisition and disposal of land both leasehold and freehold, supporting regeneration and development projects including supporting the re-opening of the airport.

You must have good technical knowledge, excellent communication and I.T. skills and an interest in the relevant area of law. Good legal skills and the right attitude are as important as experience.
