Senior Legal Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Project Manager to join its highly regarded Litigation, Arbitration & Employment team in London. This is a strategic and commercially focused role, partnering directly with senior lawyers and partners to drive excellence in legal service delivery across complex, high-value matters.
This is far more than traditional project management.
You'll be at the heart of matter strategy, helping teams improve efficiency, profitability, client experience and innovation, while influencing how legal services are delivered in a rapidly evolving market.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with lawyers and partners on complex disputes and employment matters
- Leading matter planning, budgeting, resource management and delivery
- Driving process improvement, innovation and legal technology adoption
- Supporting pricing strategies and financial performance
- Providing coaching, training and best-practice guidance across the business
- Collaborating with Finance, Pricing, Technology, Knowledge and BD teams
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels

What we're looking for:
- Proven Legal Project Management or Legal Operations experience
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience delivering change and improving service delivery
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment
