Senior Legal Technologist and Innovation Manager – Permanent – London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office) - £80,000 - £95,000
My client, a global law firm, is seeking a Senior Legal Technologist to join their team. This is a pivotal, forward‑thinking role at the heart of the firm’s legal technology and AI strategy, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how lawyers work and deliver value to clients. The Senior Legal Technologist will lead the delivery and adoption of AI and legal tech solutions helping the business functions embrace innovative ways of working.
In this position, you will play a key role in the adoption, delivery and optimisation of legal technology, with a particular focus on knowledge‑backed systems and AI‑driven transformation. You will act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, helping to evaluate, implement and embed innovative tools that enhance legal practice across the firm.

- You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to shape and deliver the firm’s Legal Tech and AI roadmap
- Support large‑scale AI pilots and implementations
- Drive meaningful, sustainable change
The role also includes leading Legal Technology projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, while promoting strong user adoption and measurable value.

This opportunity would suit a Senior Legal Technologist/ Innovation Manager with a passion for legal technology, process improvement, AI solutions and change management. A strong understanding of knowledge systems and Legal AI tools, and the confidence to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation. Experience with Harvey, Copilot, Claude, Legora, HighQ, Contract Express are highly desirable.
