Senior Lettings Negotiator
At Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) we are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team.

What’s the role?
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting tenants with their ideal homes while supporting landlords throughout the entire letting journey. From marketing properties and conducting viewings to negotiating offers, progressing tenancies, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience, you'll be at the heart of every successful let.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where exceptional customer service, commercial awareness, and a drive to succeed are key. You'll work closely with applicants, landlords, and colleagues to deliver outstanding experiences while maximising business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify applicants, gaining a clear understanding of their property requirements.
- Generate and conduct property viewings, securing valuable feedback and identifying opportunities.
- Keep landlords fully informed with regular updates on viewings, market activity, and property performance.
- Convert applicant interest into offers and skilfully negotiate agreements through to successful move-ins.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the lettings process.
