About the Role
Regent Property are searching for a driven and experienced Lettings Negotiator with excellent people skills, high level of attention to detail and a hunger to succeed.
The individual must have a passion for property with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, property values and an awareness of the local competition. At least 2 years of experience within a residential lettings office is required.

Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying new applicants.
- Managing your own diary to complete viewings (with the assistance of Viewing Assistants when necessary).
- Updating Landlords at least once a week through a variety of platforms including WeChat, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintaining regular contact with landlords and applicants and recording all communication.
- Negotiating any offers received and passing all information to the Moves administration team.
- Working closely with the Directors in identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensuring that you are up-to-date on lettings legislation.

Requirements
Any successful candidate must possess:
- Excellent written and spoken English, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
- Impeccable customer service.
- Desire to meet and exceed targets - self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.

Do you have what it takes?
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and influence people you’ve never met previously.
- Good understanding of London’s residential property market.
- Working experience of Qube SLM and Goodlord platform would be advantageous.
- NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management desirable.
The Role
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday, 10am-3pm.
- 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing with each year of service.
- Additional day off on your birthday.
