About The Role
Knight Frank is seeking a Senior Negotiator to join their fast-paced and thriving office in St John’s Wood. This represents a trend-setting opportunity for an ambitious professional to strengthen and expand Knight Frank’s regional influence in Belsize Park and St John’s Wood.
You will:
- Manage a diverse property portfolio.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close lettings transactions, providing a polished, efficient service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring transparent and responsive communication throughout the lettings process.
- Stay agile and adapt to market changes, adjusting tactics as necessary.
- Uphold Knight Frank’s professional standards, ensuring compliance with administrative protocols.
- Demonstrate deep market knowledge, tracking local competitors.
- Conduct accurate market research, transforming insights into clear, professional reports.
- Foster trust and confidentiality with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a lettings market role.
- A proven history of successfully negotiating successful transactions.
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
