Senior Lettings Negotiator - Canary Wharf

Lettings Negotiator – Canary Wharf, E14

We are excited to offer a unique chance for a seasoned, driven, and ambitious negotiator to become part of one of our rapidly growing Lettings offices. With an average of 30+ flats available at any given time you will have the opportunity to let some truly unique properties. We are looking for a candidate who can bring creativity to the table when negotiating and finalising deals, all while delivering outstanding service. You should have a competitive spirit and excel in a thriving team environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties.
  • Manage the full offer process with finesse, from initiating negotiations to key handover.
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service, exceeding the expectations of our valued clients.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential estate agency.
  • Self-motivation and exceptional organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
