About The Role
Knight Frank is recruiting a Senior Negotiator for their dynamic and high-performing office in St Johns Wood. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to strengthen and grow Knight Frank’s presence across Belsize Park and St John’s Wood.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close lettings transactions, delivering a professional and efficient service
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust through excellent communication
- Adapt swiftly to market changes, adjusting strategies as needed while maintaining market awareness
- Uphold Knight Frank’s high professional standards and ensure full compliance with administrative processes
- Maintain expertise in local market knowledge and competitors
- Research and present market data in a polished, professional manner
- Cultivate trust, goodwill, and confidentiality with clients and internal stakeholders

Key Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the lettings market
- Proven ability to successfully negotiate deals
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
Salary: Competitive
