Are you an experienced lettings professional looking for your next move? Cooper and Tanner are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic team at our Frome office. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a growing portfolio, build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, and play a key role in driving market dominance across your area.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
  • Plus alternate Saturdays 9am to 1pm (with time back in lieu for each Saturday worked)
  • Weekly hours: 37.5

About the role

You'll provide a full estate agency service for the lettings office; from applicant and property registration through to valuations, viewings, move-ins and checkouts. Just as importantly, you'll be proactively growing our lettings portfolio by generating valuations and bringing new properties to market. No two days are the same, so a flexible, hands-on approach is essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
