About The Role
Knight Frank is seeking a Senior Negotiator for its fast-paced St Johns Wood office, offering an exciting growth opportunity. This role will strengthen and expand our regional footprint across Belsize Park and St Johns Wood.
The ideal candidate will manage a diverse property portfolio while nurturing long-term client relationships, delivering outstanding service in a dynamic lettings environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close lettings transactions with professionalism and efficiency
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, offering exceptional communication throughout
- Stay responsive and adaptable, adjusting strategies to local market changes
- Uphold Knight Frank’s high professional standards, ensuring compliance with processes
- Display strong market knowledge, tracking competitors and industry trends
- Research and present market data accurately and persuasively
- Maintain client confidentiality, goodwill, and trust with all stakeholders

Key Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a lettings-based negotiation role
- Proven track record of negotiating successful deals
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
