Location: Roath

Salary: Up to £32,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm, every other Saturday 9 am – 1 pm

Job Summary
The Senior Lettings Consultant role is responsible for growing the property register by securing new business and supporting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profitability. Success requires strong client relationship-building skills, the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently, and working within a highly motivated, target-driven team.

- Identify new business opportunities and register applicants
- Book and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate and agree on tenancy agreements
- Support the Branch Manager where needed
- Provide outstanding customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
Requirements
- Prior experience as a residential Lettings Consultant
- Exceptional sales ability and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive mindset
- Good telephone etiquette and persuasive communication
- Tenacity, proactive attitude, and drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Adaptability to change
- Full UK driving license
