Location: Hybrid (Home-based with 1-2 days per week in the London office)
We're working exclusively on behalf of a highly respected, market-leading loss adjusting business to recruit an experienced Construction Liability Adjuster to join their specialist team.

The Role
You'll manage construction liability claims from instruction through to settlement, investigating the cause of loss, establishing liability and working closely with contractors, engineers, solicitors, insurers and other specialists to achieve the best possible outcome.
Typical claims include:
- Major escape of water incidents affecting multiple properties
- Damage caused by contractors during construction projects
- Structural damage to neighbouring buildings
- Complex contractor and subcontractor liability disputes
- High-value property damage involving both commercial and residential developments

We're keen to speak with experienced Loss Adjusters who have:
- At least 5 years' Loss Adjusting experience
- Strong Liability Adjusting experience
- Exposure to construction-related claims
- Excellent investigation and report writing skills
- A confident, professional approach when dealing with clients and stakeholders
ACII qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable
