About the Role
Senior Life Practitioner – Church View House, Kisimul
£500 joining bonus (£250 on commencement, £250 after probation completion)
At Kisimul, we empower children, young people, and adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to live meaningful lives. Our care settings—schools, a college, and residential homes—provide tailored support from childhood through adulthood.

As part of this mission, we’re seeking Senior Life Practitioners to join Church View House, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs towards independence and fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Your work will focus on:
- Assisting with daily living tasks and personal development.
- Serving as a supportive companion during community outings (shopping, meals, appointments).
- Building trusting, respectful relationships that prioritise dignity and wellbeing.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver proactive safeguarding and empowerment programs.

- Level 1: £13.99/hour
- Level 2: £14.31/hour
- Level 3: £15.19/hour

About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Prior care experience is welcome but not essential—we provide full training.
