Senior Life Practitioner – Apple Tree Bungalow, Kisimul


About The Role

  • Location: Apple Tree Bungalow
  • £500 joining bonus: Disbursed as £250 on commencement and £250 upon probation completion

At Kisimul, we provide high-quality education, care, and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. This includes:

  • Schools and colleges for children and young people (up to age 19)
  • Residential care and supported living for adults (18-65)
  • Specialised support for behaviours of concern

We’re recruiting Senior Life Practitioners to deliver outstanding care within our growing community.


The Opportunity

As a Senior Life Practitioner, you’ll support adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs in achieving independence and a better quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

Pay Structure

Salaries are progressive through our competency framework:

  • Level 1: £13.99 per hour
  • Level 2: £14.31 per hour
  • Level 3: £15.19 per hour

About You

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualities:

  • A true passion for care, with a desire to see others thrive
  • Teamwork, resilience, and a proactive mindset
  • Confidence to seek support and contribute ideas
  • Excellent communication skills and basic IT proficiency
  • Care experience is welcome but not mandatory – fully funded training is provided
