The Role: Lifeguard Supervisor

Your mission: Join a team that’s as lively as the environments we create. This role blends leadership, safety, customer service, and operational expertise to ensure our pools and facilities are safe, welcoming, and world-class.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead a team of lifeguards and oversee customer supervision while ensuring complete health and safety compliance.
- Maintain top-tier hygiene and cleanliness in our facility—introducing our superbison across all aspects.
- Deliver first-class customer service, including prompt consultation, proactive problem-solving, and creating a memorable experience for every visitor.
- Manage poolside operations, from equipment checks to customer interactions, with professionalism and passion.
- Uphold high safety standards, keeping our facility secure for users of all ages and abilities.

What We’re Looking For
An amazing addition will align with safety, teamwork, and customer delight. In particular, we’d value:
- A valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) – Mandatory.
- Experience in supervision – A bonus, whether indoor pools, leisure centres, or similar environments.
- Champion swimming skills – Health & safety here is paramount, and our pools will reflect this.
- Attention to detail – Here, cleanliness, consistency, and precision matter—not just for prerequisites, but for culture.
Training: Full Pool Plant Operations License support provided for those without experience.
