Senior Litigation Paralegal
Role: Experienced Litigation Paralegal Location: Central London Company: Growing litigation firm
A Senior Litigation Paralegal is required by a Central London-based firm to support clients. We are seeking a paralegal with 2+ years of experience to progress into a Litigation role, working on a broad range of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters—including County Court and High Court. Key practice areas include:
- Shareholder disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Trust disputes
- Insolvency
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- General commercial litigation

Responsibilities
The primary duties of this role are:
- Case preparation across a broad range of civil and commercial matters
- Preparation for hearings and trials, ensuring all documentation and timelines are adhered to
- Assistance to senior solicitors in case progression, supporting them with procedural tasks and strategic planning
- Application of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) in practical, case-specific scenarios
- Managing correspondence, pleadings, and trial documentation
Requirements
To be eligible for consideration, candidates must:
- Possess 2+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Demonstrate significant casework knowledge across civil and commercial litigation
- Show practical application of the CPR
- Have an attention to detail and ability to manage multi-tasking and deadlines
- Ideally, have experience in at least three of the listed practice areas
- Experience assisting senior solicitors in high-volume or complex litigation environments is required
