Location: North Finchley, London Salary: Up to £35,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE up to £45,000)
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our expanding litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving and growing law firm, working on high-quality civil litigation matters. Key Responsibilities
- Assist fee earners with the management of civil litigation matters from inception through to conclusion.
- Manage your own caseload where appropriate.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, applications, and legal correspondence.
- Prepare court bundles and disclosure documents.
- Issue proceedings and file documents with the courts.
- Draft costs schedules where required.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, barristers, and the courts.
- Advise clients on litigation procedures and risks under supervision.
- Deliver exceptional client care throughout the litigation process.
- Meet agreed performance and file progression targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in civil litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Experience drafting court documents and legal correspondence.
- Ability to issue proceedings independently.
- Understanding of litigation costs and associated risks.
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to case management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files effectively.
