🚨 Senior Litigation Solicitor – Specialist Technical Disputes
📍 Fully Remote (UK)
💰 Up to £70,000 DOE
We are currently partnering with a highly regarded specialist litigation practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor into its growing Technical Disputes team on a fully remote basis. This opportunity would suit a commercially minded litigator with strong experience in professional negligence, complex contentious matters, solicitor-own client disputes, or technical litigation who is seeking a more specialised and intellectually challenging caseload.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of complex matters including:
- Solicitor-own client disputes
- Solicitors Act 1974 assessments
- CFA/DBA and retainer disputes
- Technical and contested litigation matters
- Part 8 proceedings and related applications
- Strategic negotiations, settlement discussions, and case management
The team is particularly interested in candidates with strong litigation and professional negligence experience, rather than those coming from a purely traditional costs background.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong contentious litigation experience
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Confidence managing technically complex disputes independently
- Experience dealing with professional clients, counsel, and opponents
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to litigation strategy
