As part of our continued expansion, we're looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Solicitor to join our growing legal team.

This is a senior position for an experienced solicitor who wants more than a traditional private practice caseload. You'll be joining a commercially ambitious, high-growth environment where legal judgement, risk assessment, technical quality and operational discipline matter every day.

Working closely with senior legal leadership, you'll take on real responsibility and play a key role in how complex litigation work is assessed, managed and progressed at scale.

Key Responsibilities As the Senior Litigation Solicitor, your role will include: • Reviewing complex legal issues and assessing overall case quality • Advising on risk and supporting strategic decision-making across the legal team • Maintaining high standards and operational discipline across a growing legal operation • Executing high-level drafting, case analysis, and legal reviews • Ensuring full compliance with SRA obligations and regulated legal practice • Managing complexity and understanding how litigation quality affects client outcomes and financial performance • Providing senior-level influence over how litigation work is delivered and progressed • Working closely with senior legal leadership and partners to drive business goals • Challenging risk where required and maintaining accountability for legal decisions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
