Senior Loyalty Manager

Senior Loyalty Manager

easyJet and easyJet holidays are launching our first loyalty programme, and this role has been created to make sure it delivers real commercial value for the holidays business.

The Senior Loyalty Manager sits within the Commercial team at easyJet holidays, owning how the programme is integrated into the holidays proposition and trading model. This is a new space for the business, and the person in this role will define what loyalty looks like for holidays beyond the core scheme.

You will set the direction, represent holidays in Group-level decisions, and make sure the right capabilities are prioritised to drive incremental revenue and customer value.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining how the loyalty programme is embedded into the easyJet holidays customer journey and commercial strategy
  • Building and maintaining a prioritised roadmap of loyalty initiatives for the holidays business, focused on a small number of high-impact opportunities
  • Owning the commercial performance of loyalty, tracking incremental revenue, margin contribution, demand, conversion and customer value
  • Identifying and developing loyalty use cases that go beyond the standard scheme, such as partner-funded offers, flash promotions and exclusive member incentives
  • Acting as the holidays representative in Group loyalty governance, including investment decisions, feature prioritisation and roadmap sequencing
  • Working cross-functionally with teams across Trading, Pricing, Marketing, CRM, Product and Finance to align activity with commercial outcomes
  • Supporting the delivery of the initial programme MVP, with increasing focus on longer-term proposition design once that is in place

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
