An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Senior Car Sales Executive to join a leading luxury automotive dealership in Bury St Edmunds. Representing some of the world's most prestigious vehicle brands, you will deliver a first-class customer experience while developing long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

This role is ideal for a proven automotive sales professional with a successful track record in prestige, premium, or luxury vehicle sales who thrives in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with discerning private and business clients.
  • Achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
  • Present vehicle features, finance options, service packages, and aftersales products professionally.
  • Conduct premium showroom presentations and tailored vehicle demonstrations.
  • Manage high-value negotiations and complex sales transactions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
  • Generate business through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting.
  • Mentor and support junior sales executives where required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' automotive sales experience, ideally within premium or luxury brands.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional appearance and consultative sales approach.
  • Strong understanding of finance products and F&I opportunities.
  • Experience managing high-net-worth or executive-level clients.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent CRM and digital sales capability.
