Job Description
As a Senior M&A Advisor at Dealflowagent.com, you will own the end-to-end deal lifecycle for owner-managed businesses. Leveraging proprietary AI tools like Sage and Sterling, you will manage 5–8 sell-side campaigns simultaneously. You are the primary engine of revenue, driving every stage from initial client onboarding and CIM preparation to buyer outreach and successful closing.

What You Will Do
- Lead the entire deal execution process from engagement to close, including data room management, personalizing Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and facilitating buyer-seller introductions.
- Execute systematic, data-driven buyer outreach campaigns to identify and qualify strategic acquirers for businesses in sectors like fire safety, healthcare, and building services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, shepherding business owners through the emotional 12-week process of selling their life's work while maintaining trust and deal momentum.

The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate development, with a proven track record of closing transactions in the £1M–£300M range.
- Exceptional client-facing confidence and emotional intelligence, capable of building rapport with C-suite executives and push back respectfully when necessary during high-stakes negotiations.
- An "operator" mindset with high AI fluency, viewing automation as leverage to increase capacity and obsessively building SOPs to improve internal deal-making systems.
