Working Environment

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning work end-to-end and engaging closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Delivery is supported by a strong technical assurance and review culture, encouraging challenge, learning, and high standards.

You will work within security, compliance, and governance constraints where quality and judgement matter as much as pace.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of machine learning solutions, from problem definition through experimentation, evaluation, and iteration
  • Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models into production environments
  • Apply statistical, mathematical, and scientific thinking to frame hypotheses and assess uncertainty
  • Design and run experiments to evaluate model behavior, performance, and user impact
  • Work with real, imperfect data drawn from operational systems and workflows
  • Integrate machine learning components into wider software and data platforms
  • Balance rigor with pragmatism, delivering solutions that are proportionate and effective
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Engage in technical reviews, design discussions, and constructive peer challenge

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
