Job Summary
Oversee the duties and responsibilities of day-to-day Senior Machinist duties as directed below.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Performing complex CNC machining tasks to produce high-precision components.
- Setting up machines, selecting tooling, and optimising machining processes.
- Machining components to API standards and Premium Connections specifications.
- Reviewing engineering drawings and advising on production methods.
- Training and mentoring machinists and trainees.
- Monitoring machine performance and coordinating maintenance.
- Assisting the Lead CNC Machinist in planning and coordinating production schedules.
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting issues proactively.
- Promoting health, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Extensive experience in CNC machining and manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and programming (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or equivalent).
- Proven experience machining API standards and Premium Connections.
- Proven ability to mentor or train junior staff.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of quality standards, measurement techniques, and inspection methods.
- IT literacy (CNC software, MS Office, or workshop management systems).
