Senior Management Accountant | £55,000 - £65,000 + benefits
Mackie Myers are partnering with an exciting multi-site restaurant group that is continuing to grow and evolve its finance function.
With a strong operational footprint and ambitious plans ahead, they are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join the team and play a key role in driving commercial performance.
Role Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate and insightful monthly management accounts across multiple sites
- Providing analysis and commentary on trading performance, revenue drivers and cost management
- Partnering with operational leaders to improve financial performance and profitability
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
- Producing meaningful reporting packs and KPIs for senior stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and financial reporting
- Supporting wider finance projects and business improvement initiatives

Personal Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience, with:
- Strong management accounting experience within a multi-site, consumer-facing environment
- Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders and influencing decision making
- A commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insight
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience within hospitality, leisure, retail, FMCG or another operationally driven sector would be advantageous
- A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and support the wider business
