Brewer Morris is delighted to be partnering with a pioneering AI infrastructure and solutions provider, to appoint a Senior Management Accountant into its growing finance team.

The Opportunity

As Senior Management Accountant, you will act as a key member of the finance function, taking ownership of the month-end close process and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across a multi-entity, international group.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will oversee outputs from an outsourced finance provider, manage complex accounting matters including intercompany and multi-currency transactions, and help drive best-in-class financial governance. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to finance transformation initiatives, leveraging automation and AI to improve reporting, reconciliation, and consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate the month-end close process across multiple entities and jurisdictions
  • Manage the relationship with the outsourced finance provider, ensuring accuracy, control, and SLA delivery
  • Oversee multi-currency accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and group consolidation activities
  • Maintain robust balance sheet controls and reconciliation processes across the group
  • Act as a key contact for auditors and support IFRS-compliant financial reporting
  • Drive process improvements through automation, AI, and enhanced finance workflows

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Experience in management accounting, financial control, or a similar finance role
  • Strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and intercompany reconciliations
  • Good understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements
  • Strong systems skills, ideally with cloud-based ERP platforms and advanced Excel
  • Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management and a continuous improvement mindset
