Key responsibilities: Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting, including revenue and stock Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations Provide analysis and commentary on monthly performance Support the development and enhancement of financial controls Drive process improvements across finance operations Assist with external audit processes Manage stock accounting, reconciliations, and provisions

Successful Candidate: Newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Experience in management accounting, audit, or reporting roles Strong technical grounding with attention to detail A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve processes Strong communication skills, able to translate numbers into insight Available immediately or at short notice
