A 1 -2 year FTC, working for a Real Estate/ Property Developer in Central London as Senior Management Accountant.

You'll work closely with the Finance Director, Leadership Team and wider business to deliver high-quality financial reporting, budgeting and analysis. You'll also support the continued development of financial controls, systems and processes while helping to build a collaborative, high-performing finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts, board reports and insightful variance analysis.
  • Delivering meaningful financial analysis across revenue, margins, costs, cash flow and business performance.
  • Leading financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-term financial planning.
  • Partnering with operational teams to provide commercial finance support and challenge.
  • Producing statutory accounts and leading the year-end audit process.
  • Coordinating with external tax advisers to ensure all tax compliance requirements are met.
  • Preparing lender reporting and monitoring loan covenant compliance.
  • Managing cash flow forecasting and supporting effective treasury management.
  • Maintaining strong financial controls and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Supporting the optimisation of finance systems, reporting tools and automation.
  • Providing guidance and support to the Finance Manager while contributing to the development of the wider finance team.

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • Real estate/property industry experience
  • Significant experience in management accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or a similar commercially focused finance role.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including statutory reporting and audit.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
