- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely management accounts, with robust review of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
- Take ownership of balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, control reviews, audit trails and the prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Support statutory reporting, external audits, VAT and tax compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met across the business.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital performance, partnering with accounts payable and credit control teams to optimise liquidity and reporting accuracy.
- Develop and support the finance team while driving continuous improvement, standardisation and accountability across finance processes.
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including systems optimisation, process improvement, audit readiness and strategic projects led by the Group Finance Director.

Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
- Recognised qualification in (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or be qualified by experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in a Management Accountant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- A thorough understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
Job Offer
- Salary up to £60,000.
