Camino Partners are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, international recruitment business to appoint a Senior Management Accountant. With operations across multiple entities, the business has built an excellent reputation, boasts strong staff retention, and offers a collaborative, high-performing culture.
This is a broad, commercially focused role that provides significant exposure across the group, with the opportunity to lead process improvements, drive automation, and influence the finance function as it continues to evolve.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a pivotal role within the team, taking ownership of group reporting while acting as a key support to the wider finance function. Alongside the core reporting responsibilities, you'll be heavily involved in systems enhancements and continuous improvement projects, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes and adding real value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the month-end reporting process across a complex multi-entity group, including consolidations and financial analysis.
- Produce meaningful KPI reporting and insightful commentary to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Lead year-end and compliance activities, liaising with external auditors and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements, helping automate manual finance processes.
- Support finance systems projects and ongoing improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business and contribute to the continued development of the finance function.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within a Group or multi-entity finance environment.
- Strong consolidation experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Prior experience within the recruitment sector.
- A proven track record of delivering systems and process improvements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and commentary clearly.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership and drive change.
- Experience within a PE-backed or investor-led business would be advantageous.
