A fast-paced FX/Global Payments firm is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to deliver a blend of reporting (Month-End, Year-End—including FRS102/IFRS16) and commercial FP&A work.
This opportunity is ideal for:

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Responsible for month-end closures
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with financial targets
- Deliver detailed variance analysis to inform data-driven decision-making
- Oversee and enhance internal financial controls and processes
- Collaborate across departments to understand and report on financial performance
- Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as needed
- Contribute to the preparation of statutory accounts and compliance with FRS102, IFRS16
- Provide financial insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic planning
Requirements / Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Technical accounting expertise with strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial modelling
- FinTech, Payments, or FX industry knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Effective internal and external communication skills

Job Offer
