£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
The Company Hiring a Senior Consultant
A leading global professional services organisation is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its growing Legal Transformation & Technology Consulting team. Working with law firms and in-house legal departments, this role will focus on delivering innovative transformation programmes that improve legal operations, implement legal technology solutions and support the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious consulting professional with experience in legal operations, legal technology, transformation, process improvement or change management to develop their expertise within a fast-growing and highly visible practice.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Consultant
- Lead project workstreams across legal transformation engagements, taking ownership of deliverables and supporting clients through operational, process and technology-driven change initiatives.
- Support legal technology and AI programmes by helping clients evaluate, implement and optimise solutions that improve efficiency, service delivery and legal operations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships by facilitating workshops, presenting recommendations and working closely with clients to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Contribute to business growth initiatives through proposal development, thought leadership activities, market research and participation in client-facing opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues by reviewing work, providing guidance and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Skills & Attributes of the Senior Manager
- Consulting or transformation experience gained within legal operations, legal technology, professional services, management consulting or a related environment.
- Understanding of the legal sector including the operational challenges facing law firms and in-house legal teams, together with an interest in emerging legal technologies and AI.
- Project delivery expertise with experience supporting process improvement, technology implementation, operating model design or broader transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, facilitate discussions and build effective working relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving capability combined with a proactive approach, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in legal transformation and innovation.
