We are working with a global consultancy that is building out a newly formed Supply Chain & Operations practice and is looking to hire experienced Senior Management Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at a time of strong client demand, with the chance to help shape the direction of the practice from an early stage.
The team supports a diverse client base across listed businesses, private equity-backed portfolio companies and founder-led organisations, delivering high-impact work that improves performance and unlocks value. Their project portfolio spans strategy, cost improvement, value creation, EBITDA improvement and working capital optimisation, with a strong focus on Operations and Supply Chain transformation.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work on a variety of strategic and operational engagements across multiple sectors, helping clients solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable results. Projects may include:
- Supply chain strategy
- Operational improvement
- Performance turnaround
- Network and footprint optimisation
- Productivity improvement
- Broader value creation initiatives
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to shaping client solutions, and play an active role in developing relationships and supporting the growth of the practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across diverse projects, thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, and wants to make a visible impact.

Experience Needed
- Prior experience in management consulting.
- Strong exposure to operations and supply chain transformation.
- Experience delivering strategy, cost improvement, EBITDA improvement, value creation, or working capital initiatives.
- A strong analytical approach with the ability to structure complex problems and develop practical recommendations.
- Confident stakeholder management skills and credibility with senior clients.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to help build a growing practice.
