For more than 25 years, we have partnered with many of the world's largest organisations across consumer goods, retail, healthcare, technology, industrials and professional services. We work with executive teams to solve complex commercial challenges, drive organisational change and deliver measurable business impact.

Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, organisational effectiveness and negotiation excellence. By combining deep consulting expertise with world-leading negotiation capability, we help organisations improve how critical business decisions are made, influenced and executed.

As our European business continues to grow, we are looking for exceptional consultants to join our team.

This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals from strategy consulting, management consulting, commercial transformation, organisational consulting, change management or specialist advisory backgrounds who want to apply their consulting skills in a distinctive and highly impactful area.

About the role

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior client stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, develop recommendations and deliver transformational consulting engagements that create lasting commercial impact.

You will combine strategic thinking with practical implementation, helping clients improve performance through a combination of commercial strategy, organisational transformation, capability development and negotiation consulting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering high-impact consulting engagements for global and regional clients.
  • Advising senior leaders and executive stakeholders on complex commercial and organisational challenges.
  • Supporting clients through business transformation, capability-building and change initiatives.
  • Designing and facilitating executive workshops, leadership programmes and strategic interventions.
  • Helping organisations improve commercial effectiveness by strengthening negotiation capability, stakeholder influence and decision-making processes.
  • Coaching senior leaders and client teams through critical commercial situations and high-value negotiations.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and becoming a valued advisor.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to business growth.
  • Contributing to the development of consulting methodologies, intellectual property and new advisory propositions.
  • Collaborating with Partners and senior colleagues on strategically important client programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
