Role Description
This role requires you to work closely with a Partner in delivering a first-class service to our clients and managing varied portfolios. You will be responsible for delivering excellent account management support across the department and business, building and continuing long-standing relationships with clients ensuring that you become a trusted advisor and actively contribute towards the success of their businesses.

You will be working on a range of clients (sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies) to provide a high-quality tax, accountancy, and VAT service with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) and five years post-qualification experience in practice
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory services, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, including experience supervising teams, coaching colleagues, and managing performance.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and build long-term trust.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence with accounting and practice management software, strong general IT skills, and openness to adopting new digital tools.
