FUTURE LEADERSHIP ROLE - Livestock Management (Poultry) CUMBRIA
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a progressive integrated agricultural business seeking an ambitious early-career individual to join its Agriculture Team.
This is a development-focused role offering exposure across farm operations, technical management, welfare standards, and commercial performance within a modern food production business within egg production.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership while supporting a network of progressive farming businesses across the UK.

• Building strong on-farm relationships with producers • Supporting flock performance, welfare, and productivity • Promoting best practice in biosecurity and operational standards • Assisting with technical support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
