Manager/Senior Manager - Commercial & Procurement Advisory
Location: London / Leeds / Ireland (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + bonus
About the Role
Our client is an award-winning healthcare consultancy delivering strategic, operational, and analytical transformation across the UK and Irish healthcare systems. Working with leading NHS hospitals and private healthcare providers, they are continuing to scale their consulting capabilities and expand their impact across the sector.
As part of this growth, they are looking to hire a Manager/Senior Manager to lead and grow their Commercial & Procurement Advisory offering. This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping commercial strategy, procurement transformation, sourcing, and contract management programmes across the public sector.
This role offers the opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial consulting environment where you will have significant influence across client delivery, business development, and capability build.

What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial Advisory & Programme Leadership
- Lead complex procurement and commercial advisory engagements across public sector and healthcare clients
- Advise senior stakeholders on sourcing strategy, procurement transformation, and contract management
- Design and shape innovative commercial solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes
- Manage multiple concurrent programmes while maintaining high-quality delivery standards
Business Development & Practice Growth
- Drive business development activity through existing networks and client relationships
- Identify and shape new consulting opportunities across strategic accounts
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm’s commercial advisory offering and market positioning
- Support revenue growth and long-term capability expansion

Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams
- Coach and mentor junior consultants across engagements
- Contribute to firm-wide leadership initiatives and help shape the culture and direction of the business
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background within a top-tier management consultancy
- Experience delivering commercial strategy, procurement, sourcing, or contract management programmes
- Strong understanding of public sector or healthcare procurement environments
- Proven ability to lead complex programmes and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Track record of contributing to business development and growing client accounts
- Collaborative leadership style with strong strategic and problem-solving capability
