Senior Manager – AI Adoption & Legal Innovation

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary – Very Competitive and Excellent Family Benefits

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the legal profession, but technology alone doesn't create change. People do.

This is a highly visible leadership position where your ability to influence, communicate, and build trust will be every bit as important as your understanding of AI and innovation.

This is without doubt the most exciting time to be involved in technology and AI innovation, and the legal sector has the greatest scope for technological transformation. So, if you're passionate about innovation, thrive on solving complex business challenges, and enjoy bringing people on a transformation journey, this is for you.

A leading international organisation is making a significant investment in AI, innovation, and digital transformation, and they are looking to appoint a senior leader who can bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring AI becomes embedded in the way legal professionals work every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
