Senior Manager, AI Agents Lead Developer, SAP Design & Innovation, Technology and Transformation
Connect to your Industry SAP+ Design & Innovation Join a high-growth SAP+ Design & Innovation team that’s shaping how organisations harness cutting-edge AI technology to transform their SAP landscapes. This role sits at the heart of innovation within SAP consulting, working with the latest AI agent frameworks, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to help clients unlock new value, streamline complex processes, and accelerate their digital transformation journeys. This is more than a delivery role. You’ll work closely with clients and project teams to design and implement intelligent AI powered solutions that augment SAP implementations, influence how organisations operate, and see your work make a real, measurable impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive consulting environment where your ideas matter, your development is prioritised, and your career can accelerate quickly. What makes this role different? A specialist innovation focus within SAP consulting, working with AI agents, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows rather than traditional SAP configuration. Exposure to high-profile, complex transformation programmes across multiple industries, delivering cutting edge technology solutions alongside SAP implementations. Real ownership—from designing AI agent architectures through to production deployment and go-live—not just one slice of delivery. A strong emphasis on career progression, certification, and mentoring, with clear pathways to Associate Director and beyond. Flexible and hybrid working, supporting work-life balance while staying closely connected to your team. A culture that values diverse perspectives, inclusion, and continuous learning, where you’re encouraged to bring your whole self to work. If you are an experienced full-stack developer and AI engineer who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes with modern AI technology, this role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful innovations while accelerating your career as a leader within Deloitte.

We seek driven, technically excellent leaders who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what AI agents can accomplish and thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment As a Senior Manager in SAP+ Design & Innovation, you’ll play a central role in helping organisations harness the power of AI agents and intelligent automation to augment and enhance their SAP transformations, guiding them from manual, fragmented processes to streamlined, AI-powered ways of working. This role gives you the platform to lead. You’ll be expected to take ownership of end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions, direct and support high-performing teams, and guide clients through complex technical and organisational change. You won’t just write code; you’ll help clients make better decisions, embed best-practice AI architectures, and realise tangible value from the latest innovations in AI and LLM technology. What makes the opportunity compelling is the breadth of exposure. You’ll lead work across different industries, AI use cases, and transformation stages, often on programmes that only Deloitte delivers. Along the way, you’ll develop and mentor consultants and senior consultants, build trusted client relationships, and help shape the continued growth of our SAP+ Design & Innovation practice. Above all, you’ll be supported to build a leadership career, not just deliver projects. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
