Senior Manager, All In Business Development (ACF72)
Contract: Fixed term contract for 12 months, working 35 hours per week. Flexibility is also recognised and welcomed, with remote working options available alongside regular on-site contacts (normally 1–2 days a week).
Salary: £50,468 per annum (Grade B), including
- Final salary pension scheme
- Generous annual leave
- Flexible and hybrid working
Location: Based in Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham (hybrid model with regular office presence).
About the Role
All In is the UK & Ireland’s access scheme for cultural venues—supporting theatres, museums, galleries, festivals, concert halls, libraries, and touring companies in improving access for Deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent audiences. This role leads commercial growth for the All In subscription model, driving sales across five nations.
You’ll develop and implement a sales strategy to attract and retain paying members while championing accessibility and inclusion. The goal? Expand impact by helping venues root out entry barriers for disabled audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Development: Build and refine sales pipelines, identify target markets, and tailor propositions for cultural + commercial subscribers.
- Prospect & Convert: Drive conversions from enquiry to subscription retention, fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align sales efforts with All In’s mission and sector needs.
- Budget & Compliance: Oversee budgets, ensuring resources are invested in high-impact sales activity.
- Influence Growth: Shape the future of All In’s subscriptions, market reach, and value offering.

About You
- Experience: Exceptional track record in B2B sales, business development, account management, or income generation. Arts/the cultural sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
- Proven commercial acumen with meas interference—the ability to target, convert, and retain customers.
- Commitment to removing access barriers for disabled communities.
- Line management experience and leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Mindset: Values-driven, collaborative, and passionate about marrying social impact with commercial ambition.
