Salary: From £42K to £52K, depending on skills and experience

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Alumni Community to lead and manage the provision for alumni at Regent's, developing a world-class alumni programme that strengthens the Regent's network and enhances the student experience, whilst providing outstanding and mutually beneficial opportunities for alumni.
You will lead on strategy and operational delivery to help improve our graduate outcomes, connecting alumni with students, philanthropy initiatives and strengthening our industry connections within the alumni community. You will also be responsible for alumni activity and engagement internationally, to broaden and deepen our global ambassadorship and help increase brand awareness worldwide.
To be successful, you should have a background of developing and delivering strategy and operational plans for an alumni, membership, or engagement function. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships across all levels of seniority. In addition, you should have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with the ability to experiment to achieve best results.

Whilst we offer flexible and hybrid working across the University, you will be required to work on-campus at least 3 days per week.
Interviews will likely be held in-person, at our beautiful Regent's Park campus on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th August.
