What You’ll Do
As a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path within BCG’s TDA (Tech and Digital Advantage) Practice Area, your role will focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) business priorities. You’ll:
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver against client and commercial priorities for ERP businesses.
- Grow and deploy a team of Sector/Topic experts to support:
- Case work
- Asset development
- Business build initiatives
- Drive the agenda for proprietary assets (e.g., IP, products, tools – many GenAI-enabled), with team support, and lead execution of Tier One projects and asset development.
Key Duties
- Ensure team performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, asset creation, etc.).
- As a BCG Vantage Senior Manager, engage with case teams and clients using your individual expertise, delivering differentiated impact and value to BCG’s clients and teams.

ERP Use Cases & Your Role
ERP solutions are organized into three categories:

Advisory
- Core: ERP.AI – a global platform hosting GenAI use cases (Value Case, Cost Case, Project Diagnosis, etc).
- Primarily leveraged during the strategy phase of ERP programs.

Program Delivery
- Supports the full lifecycle of ERP engagements, from design to deployment and operations.

Partnerships
- Develops tailored GenAI use cases through strategic alliances with leading technology vendors, enhancing BCG’s ERP offerings.
✨ *As Domain Product Manager, your role bridges business and technology:
- Ensure domain knowledge is effectively transferred from SMEs (consultants, MDPs, Vantage colleagues) to technical teams.
- Manage demand for use cases— coordinated directly with case teams or the broader Vantage community.
YOUR EXPERTISE WILL SHINE THROUGH: ✔ Leading problem-solving and solution development, tailored to business context. ✔ Developing and commercialising expertise and assets (e.g., ERP.AI tools). ✔ Engaging with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility. ✔ Leading projects within high-performing teams, driving business impact and commercial success. ✔ Acting as a coach and mentor, enabling team members to achieve goals efficiently. ✔ Thriving in an ever-changing, complex environment, embracing ambiguity and fast-paced progress.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Credentials
- 5+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on tech transformation and ERP migrations (preferred with consulting background).
- Alternately, 7+ years minimum industry experience; 10–12+ years strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree highly preferred).
- Fluency in English.
