About the Role
The Brand and Creative Senior Manager will join our Central Services team, supporting the firm globally across all regions. This role ensures our brand is clearly defined, consistently applied, and effectively delivered through digital channels while maintaining a strong reputation in the legal market.
The Senior Manager provides global stewardship of Norton Rose Fulbright’s brand identity, visual standards, and governance, working with regional teams to create clear tools, templates, and guidance—enabling brand confidence and consistency across all outputs.
Key Objectives
- Foster a global brand system that delivers high-quality, unified outputs while respecting regional needs.
- Lead the design and delivery of centrally produced global communications, ensuring strong brand alignment and design excellence.
- Collaborate with regional offices to maintain consistency while adapting to their unique circumstances.
- Act as central advisor on brand application, visual standards, and quality assurance across print, digital, and other channels.
This senior manager-level role reports to the Marketing Director, Central Services and concentrates on collaboration, coordination, and enablement—including oversight of the GSC marketing services in Manila for quality, efficiency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Stewardship
- Oversees and evolves the firm’s global brand system—consolidating visual identity, templates, and guidance materials.
- Maintains and optimizes brand tools and platforms (e.g., DAM systems and workflow tools), supporting adoption through clear guidance.
- Ensures consistent application of brand across prints, digital channels, and cross-regional materials, looping in regional teams where needed.
Creative Leadership & Outputs
- Leads the design and delivery of globally produced communications, embedding brand alignment and high-quality design standards.
- Develops and derives brand-centric content frameworks and templates (including Microsoft Office formats) for cross-regional use.
- Provides expert input on visual hierarchy, layout, and design quality across all deliverables, including SEO, accessibility, and digital performance considerations.
Stakeholder & Services Management
- Serves as the central hub for brand queries and edge cases, advising on resolution pathways and troubleshooting regional inconsistencies.
- Works with Manila’s GSC marketing services team, setting clear expectations, monitoring SLAs, and driving service optimization.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential qualifications include:
- 10+ years of brand management and design leadership, ideally in a complex global organisation such as a law firm or professional services firm.
- Proven ability to apply a brand governance model at scale, balancing global consistency with regional flexibility.
- Deep understanding of brand systems, visual identity principles, and communications design, with exceptional attention to hierarchy, layouts, and clarity.
- Experience leading innovation and maintaining brand tools/platforms (e.g., DAM systems) in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in:
- Full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation.
- Workflow platforms (Riverside FM, Mediasterling, Ceros, Adobe Workfront).
- Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), including rollout of templates to ensure uniformity.
- HTML basics, SEO principles, and geo-targeted content strategies.
- Demonstrated collaborative, enabling leadership, balanced with client-facing service excellence and proactive stakeholder management.
- RandD approach: Cross-trained in traditional and emerging tools (e.g., AI-driven automation, generative technology) while maintaining a growth mindset.
- Experience supporting or managing creative teams.
