We are seeking a Brand and Creative Senior Manager to join our Central Services team, supporting the firm across all regions. This role ensures the firm’s brand remains clearly defined, consistently applied, and strategically delivered across digital and traditional channels, reflecting the increasing importance of our global reputation and high-quality support for regional teams.


The Role

The Brand and Creative Senior Manager will provide global stewardship of Norton Rose Fulbright’s brand identity, visual standards, and governance. This includes:

  • Maintaining the global brand system by ensuring consistent, high-quality application across all channels through clear tools, templates, and guidance for regional teams.
  • Leading the design and delivery of centrally produced global communications, ensuring strong brand alignment and excellence in design quality.
  • Overseeing the firm’s GSC (Marketing Services in Manila), including briefing, prioritization, SLA adherence, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Reporting to the Marketing Director, Central Services, with a focus on collaboration, coordination, and enablement across regions and shared services.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Governance & Stewardship

  • Stewardship of the firm’s global brand system, including visual identity, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality brand application across all formats and channels.
  • Managing and optimizing brand tools and platforms, including Digital Asset Management (DAM) and workflow tools, to support correct and effective use.

Regional Alignment & Activation

  • Supporting regional brand activation while maintaining strong centralרגישי-central coordination.
  • Providing advice and guidance on design quality, visual hierarchy, and appropriate brand application across communications.

Digital & Content Strategy

  • Ensuring effective brand application in digital channels, including consideration of SEO, geospatial (GEO), content structure, and performance.

Production & Tool Development

  • Leading the design, development, and rollout of templates across key platforms, including Microsoft Office, to streamline consistent brand application.

GSC Marketing Support (Manila)

  • Overseeing delivery of GSC marketing services, ensuring:
    • Adherence to briefs, SLAs, and quality standards.
    • Effective reporting, training, and continuous service improvement.

Stakeholder & Issue Management

  • Acting as the central point of contact for brand-related queries and exceptions, identifying issues early and collaborating with stakeholders for resolution.

Continuous Improvement

  • Updating and evolving brand guidance, tools, and assets in partnership with regional teams to keep them current, accessible, and scalable.

Key Requirements

Experience & Specialisation

  • 10+ years in brand management and design leadership within a complex, global organisation (preferably a law firm or professional services firm).
  • Proven expertise in brand governance at scale, balancing global consistency with regional flexibility.
  • Deep understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and communications design, with a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and clarity.
  • Experience managing brand tools and platforms (including DAM systems) and ensuring adoption across teams.

Technical Proficiency

  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) proficiency.
  • Strong command of content production, digital design tools, and workflow platforms (e.g., Riverside FM, Mediasterling, Ceros, Adobe Workfront).
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) expertise, with experience leading template design and rollout to ensure consistent firm-wide output.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, SEO, and geospatial (GEO) considerations.
  • Ability to quickly adopt and leverage new technologies.
