About the Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand, Social, & Creators based in United Kingdom.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand, Social, & Creators to shape brand storytelling and build meaningful connections with audiences across Europe.

This role focuses on developing impactful social strategies, managing creator partnerships, and bringing brand campaigns to life across multiple digital channels.

You will work at the intersection of culture, community, content, and marketing, helping strengthen brand presence among diverse European audiences.

The position requires a strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and emerging digital trends.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging campaigns while ensuring consistency, authenticity, and cultural relevance.

Accountabilities

  • Execute and adapt regional social and creator strategies, transforming global brand direction into engaging campaigns, content, and partnerships tailored to European audiences.
  • Own day-to-day management of creator and influencer relationships, including sourcing, outreach, briefing, coordination, contracting support, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and coordinate social media content across platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
  • Create content strategies that combine evergreen storytelling with real-time cultural moments and community-driven opportunities.
  • Support brand campaigns by collaborating with marketing, legal, compliance, and regional teams to ensure campaigns are effective, relevant, and aligned with local requirements.
  • Manage workflows involving junior team members, freelancers, or external agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor social engagement, creator performance, and campaign results, using insights and analytics to improve future initiatives.
  • Build authentic relationships with online communities and creators while staying informed about emerging trends, platforms, and digital culture.
  • Contribute to livestreams, community events, and other audience engagement initiatives to strengthen brand connection.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, creator marketing, influencer marketing, or related fields, ideally within crypto, fintech, technology, or other fast-moving industries.
  • Strong understanding of the European social media and creator landscape, including regional audience behaviors and platform-specific trends.
  • Proven experience managing creator or influencer partnerships from initial outreach through execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience growing brand presence across major social platforms and creating content strategies that drive engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and markets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong brand intuition, cultural awareness, and attention to tone, storytelling, and visual identity.
  • Comfortable using performance data and analytics to evaluate campaigns and guide strategic decisions.
  • Understanding of crypto, Web3, digital assets, and online communities is highly preferred.
  • Ownership mentality, curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience with livestreaming, community events, photography, video editing, or content production is a plus.
  • Multilingual fluency across major European languages and an established creator network are advantageous.
