ABOUT THE ROLE AdAction’s demand organization is expanding rapidly as advertisers across gaming and non-gaming verticals increasingly prioritize high-intent and incremental traffic sources. As adoption of our rewarded inventory and next-generation monetization solutions continues to grow, we are seeking a commercially driven business development leader to expand our advertiser partnerships in the region.
The Senior Manager, Business Development (Demand) will lead new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth across key verticals including Gaming, Fintech, Market Research, Shopping, and Utilities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
You will own the full demand-side sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution, leveraging deep expertise in mobile performance marketing and advertiser KPIs to build scalable, long-term partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, engage, and close new advertiser relationships across high-growth verticals
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research
Own the full demand-side sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, value positioning, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract execution
Act as a strategic advisor to advertisers by understanding their KPIs and growth objectives and aligning AdAction’s rewarded solutions to their goals
Partner closely with internal teams including Account Management, Solutions, and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding, launches, and long-term partner success
Maintain a strong understanding of advertiser funnels, optimization levers, and performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion rate, quality scores, and incremental lift
Track market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform vertical expansion and product strategy
Represent AdAction at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting in the CRM
Contribute senior-level input to advertiser strategy, market positioning, and future product development
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, or demand-side ad tech sales, with a strong record of revenue growth

Established network across relevant advertiser categories, particularly Gaming and non-Gaming verticals
Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, attribution models, ROAS optimization, and UA performance metrics
Strong familiarity with AI-driven tools and concepts related to targeting, measurement, and performance optimization
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage marketing teams, UA leaders, and senior decision-makers
Proficiency in Excel
Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot
Fluency in English is required
Highly self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events
