Role Overview
THE·TEAM is seeking a Growth & Development Senior Manager with experience and passion for global sponsorship, experiential and content creation within the sport, music and entertainment space.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the very centre of our business, helping to grow THE·TEAM in EMEA, APAC and ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Guardianship
- Overall management of UK company credentials, updating them in accordance with global business development requirements
- Lead on the development of bespoke credentials for growth opportunities with both prospects and clients across the EMEA, APAC and ANZ regions
- Manage THE·TEAM’s portfolio of case studies, working with account teams to ensure best and most impactful work is showcased
- Support the management and storage of all collateral, acting as the business's knowledge base for all business development-related matters

Pitch Process
- Work with BD project leads to drive responses, liaising with and managing multiple department leads to produce winning pitch responses
- Support the development and implementation of THE·TEAM’s ‘Pitch Process’ for RFPs, including collating and communicating learnings to drive constant evolution and improvement
- Lead on the completion of RFIs (Requests for Information), using strong business relationships to gather necessary data and information
Reporting and Collaboration
- This role will report to the AVP Growth & Development and the candidate will work closely with teams across B&P (Brands & Properties) at all levels.
Requirements
Experience
- 4-5 years’ experience in either:
- Marketing services
- Sports or sports marketing
- Business development
- Account management
- Project management
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with the ability to create presentations and credential (creds) decks
- Familiarity with AI platforms
- Excellent written communication skills
Attributes
- A good understanding of global partnerships and activation
- Awareness of business development functions
- Great energy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to ‘get stuck in’ — these are critical to success
- Demonstrates agility, adaptability, and a strong work output with a particular focus on client-facing scenarios such as:
- Pitch presentations
- Day-to-day internal interface
- External stakeholder communications
