The International Business Growth & Planning team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to support the growth of our Services business across Europe, and more specifically Apple Music across International. Our team is part of Apple’s WW Content & Services team, which covers a wide range of services including, but not limited to, iCloud+, Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple One, Apple Arcade, Apple Books, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a small team of individual contributors and partner closely with country and WW teams to deliver actionable insights, develop initiatives and build business and financial plans to help drive decisions that enhance the customer experience, enable growth and uncover new opportunities for our Services business while respecting user privacy. You will be a strategic thinker, influential leader and a hands-on operator capable of translating insights into actionable plans that can drive significant business impact. You will be instrumental in shaping plans through data-driven recommendations, performance monitoring and fiscal planning. You will have the opportunity to work on both tactical actions that drive our near-term business performance, and strategic initiatives that will define our future.
An open mind, intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset, and an eagerness to problem-solve are crucial. Your role will be critical as Apple seeks to continue to deliver on its ambitious growth objectives for Services.

This role reports to the International Head of Business Growth & Planning, and is based in London.
Description Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of professionals, setting clear goals, managing performance, and fostering a culture of intellectual rigor, inclusion, and continuous growth. Partner with the services leadership in defining ambition levels, setting priorities, shaping business plans, and providing recommendations on how to grow our portfolio of services. Help identify, define and deliver commercial growth initiatives in the areas of Offers, Pricing, Partnerships, Marketing and Communications, backed by detailed business cases and robust program management to progress only the most impactful initiatives. Help assess new business opportunities including, but not limited to, market expansion, business models, local content acquisition, payment method adoption, among others. Take a data-led approach to understanding business health and its underlying drivers, and forecast services growth. Gather and assess market trends, competitive dynamics and customer insights that help understand business performance and inform business priorities. Help develop rigorous dashboards and reporting while also working with relevant teams to diagnose and provide recommendations. Represent the Geos in front of senior executives in lock-step with international leadership.
Minimum Qualifications Extensive years of relevant experience, preferably from an in-house strategy and business planning role at a leading media or entertainment company, and/or a top-tier management consultancy working on telecom, media, and technology projects. Experience of managing teams. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performing teams, while building a strong culture. Skilled at managing and influencing senior stakeholders, able to build strong, credible, and collaborative relationships, and thrive in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments to make things happen. Natural aptitude for translating data into insights, and the ability to conceptualize, define, and influence new strategies based on these insights. Ability to solve complex, cross-functional business problems while dealing with challenging deadlines and opposing priorities. Flexible and adaptable to manage the varying demands of a fast-paced business, with a hands-on attitude and attention to the finest of detail. Strong quantitative analysis skills and proficiency in spreadsheet applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication and storytelling skills. Fluent in English. Additional languages are valued.
