Overview

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Change to join our Technology and Change leadership team at Skipton International, based in Guernsey or Jersey.

This is a senior, hands-on role with enterprise-wide accountability for the governance, prioritisation and delivery of a complex change portfolio. You will champion modern change practices, embed a proportionate change framework, and ensure initiatives deliver safely with measurable value.

Working closely with the CIO, Executive Committee and Board, you'll lead project managers, business analysts and the PMO, shaping a product-aligned, agile approach that supports the business strategy.

Strong executive presence, commercial acumen and influencing skills are essential.

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery with clear outcomes and benefits.
  • Own portfolio budgeting, cost forecasting and benefits realisation across opex and capex.
  • Ensure all material changes have robust impact assessments, readiness plans and approvals.
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and critical path.

Portfolio oversight

  • Oversee the end-to-end change portfolio across projects and programmes.
  • Ensure prioritisation aligned to capacity, strategic value and funding.
  • Identify and manage cross-programme risks, dependencies and delivery conflicts.
  • Embed best practices including critical path analysis and PI planning.
  • Maintain standardised portfolio reporting and demand vs capacity discipline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
