As our Sr. Manager, Commercial Trade, you’ll be part of the Global Integrated Consumer and Channel Marketing team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Integrated Consumer and Channel Marketing. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Sr. Manager, Commercial Trade is responsible for defining and delivering the global commercial trade strategy across wholesale and DTC channels. This role ensures that commercial priorities, seasonal trading moments and product launches are translated into compelling, effective trade plans that drive sell-through, conversion and brand impact.
Operating at the intersection of Brand, Sales and Marketing, the role plays a critical part in aligning global trade frameworks with local market execution. It ensures that trade activity supports wider brand and growth objectives while maximising commercial performance across key partners and channels.

Core Accountabilities
As our Sr. Manager, Commercial Trade you will be responsible for:
- Define and lead the global commercial trade strategy, aligning brand priorities, channels and growth objectives across Wholesale and DTC.
- Own seasonal trade planning, ensuring alignment between product launches, brand campaigns and key commercial moments, supported by clear governance and timelines.
- Drive effective channel activation and global-to-local execution by providing markets and wholesale partners with clear frameworks, tools, assets and guidance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Product, Retail and Marketing teams to deliver integrated planning, execution and strong commercial performance.
- Lead and develop the trade marketing team while using performance insights, learnings and best practice to continuously improve trade effectiveness and future planning cycles
Key Skills & Capabilities
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Extensive experience leading global or multi-market trade marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of how commercial trade activity drives sell-through, conversion and revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, with the ability to translate brand and product strategies into effective trade marketing plans.
- Proven track record of influencing and aligning senior cross-functional stakeholders, delivering globally consistent frameworks with successful local market execution.
- Strong commercial, analytical and project management skills, using performance data and market insights to manage complex initiatives, timelines and priorities.
- Experienced people leader and confident communicator, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
